Regular Services Performed:

Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect countertops, window ledges, cabinets and hardware.
- Clean and disinfect exterior of refrigerator, oven, appliances, sink, and microwave interior and exterior.
- Sweep and damp mop floor with disinfectant cleaner.
- Polish and clean appliance glass and chrome/stainless steel.

Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize toilettes, showers, tubs, sinks, light switches, and door handles.
- Cleaning and polishing of mirrors and metal surfaces.
- Sweep and damp mop floor with disinfectant cleaner.

Dusting/ Polishing
- Removal of cobwebs in corners high and low.
- Desktops, ledges, fixtures, pictures frames, and furnishings using water-based treated cloths.
- Spot cleaning of walls.
- Dusting of air vents.

Vacuuming
- Carpets completely vacuumed and periodic spot removal.
- Carpeted stairs.
- Upholstered furniture.

Hard flooring
- Swept and damp mopped or hand cleaned with appropriate solution.

We are a professional cleaning service. What we don't do:
- Pick up clothes, toys, etc… on floors.
- Laundry/ fold clothes.
- Make beds.
- Put away groceries.
- Dishes.

We will be happy to provide you with the following for an additional fee:
- Window cleaning interior and exterior
- Blind cleaning
- Wall washing
- Garage cleaning
- Gutter cleaning

Agreement/ Terms:

Krystal Klean will provide all labor, cleaning materials, and equipment to periodically clean your home. We use all professional grade commercial cleaning products and equipment to ensure a healthy environment for you and your family as well as creating a beautiful home. We are fully insured and bonded for your piece of mind. There is no contract to sign, and we will be pleased to serve you as long as you are happy with us. We only ask that a cancellation of service, or change in day or time be made 24 hours in advance. The agreed upon fee is due at the time of service. Variations in the type, thoroughness, or number of services can be arranged at your request.

Any alteration from the above specifications involving extra cost in material or labor will be added on as an extra charge over the normal fee. By requesting our service, it is understood that you agree to these terms.

Krystal Klean will complete the services on time and to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service, I will promptly resolve the issue. We are prepared to begin service as soon as possible and look forward to exceeding all of your expectations.
